MedAdvisor App Modernisation Feature Highlight:

Secure Biometric Login

New biometrics screen showcasing PIN login setup.

New Fingerprint ID login screen.

Patients will soon be able to access the MedAdvisor App (and apps powered by MedAdvisor) using biometric login credentials inclusive of Touch and Face ID.

How this change affects pharmacy:

Your patients have their prescription data easily accessible with the added benefits of convenience and security offered by biometric login.

Tip of the month:

In preparation for Flu Season, please ensure you have enabled online bookings for your pharmacy.

This can be done by selecting settings on your MedAdvisor MAIN computer > app settings > tap to refill and ensure the 'service booking requests' tick box is selected.

Enabling this will avoid the notification 'pharmacy does not accept online bookings' when patients book for your services and will ensure you are ready for the upcoming winter season. 

Digital Grant Applications Extended until April 19th 2024!

Due to the work pressures on pharmacies over the Easter break, MedAdvisor Web Solutions have extended the Digital Grant Program by 2 weeks. Only 25 grants available nationwide so get your application in today!

Even if you’re not a current CH2 member, you can still apply – simply tick “I want to be contacted about Vantage Membership” to submit your application.
