Commencing August 2024, the existing PlusOne platform will be progressively shut down and replaced by our new web-based solution MedAdvisor for Pharmacy.

Our improved solution will set your pharmacy up for success.

Why is the platform going to the cloud?

By moving to a cloud web-based software, pharmacy staff will be able to access the platform on multiple devices across all parts of your pharmacy (think being able to access MedAdvisor for Pharmacy on a tablet or laptop when completing a vaccination in a consulting room). 

A web-based version of MedAdvisor will also enable offsite access to the platform if required. 

What does "being in the cloud" actually mean?

Being in the cloud or cloud computing as it's also known, means that a software is accessible on-demand via the internet.

This enables the software to be accessible on a user's preferred device as long as there is an internet connection.

Will existing forms change?

No, current forms in PlusOne will remain as is. You will notice UI enhancements when moving to the new platform however the workflow will remain the same. If updates do occurs, we will provide updates to the network and training resources when required. 

Is only the look of the software changing?

Our web-based software will enable us to greatly fast-track our ability to innovate and expand the platform. This will mean initially carrying over the existing product functionalities you are familiar and then enhancing features aligned to feedback we receive from our pharmacy partners.
