Sheetal has worked tirelessly to support us on a path to operational excellence for many strategic initiatives. The initiatives Sheetal supports require complex planning, a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, a sense of urgency and transparency. Sheetal always delivers but does so in a way that is ethical. She is firm on deadlines but also treats team members with respect and professionalism. Over the past 6 months, Sheetal has helped to lead the program management efforts to deliver on six key company initiatives which include: Quandary Peak Data Assessment, THRiV Pricing Model & Protocols, the launch of time tracking in both US+AU, The Business Development pre-sales support process, and the Business and Program dashboard to name a few.

Commit to Continuous Improvement

Julian is the go-to expert when critical issues arise in the AU production systems. His mastery lies not only in diagnosing problems swiftly but also in implementing effective solutions with minimal disruption. He possesses a sixth sense for detecting anomalies and patterns within the vast sea of data generated by production systems, allowing him to pinpoint issues. Sometimes even before they escalate into crises. Julian was instrumental in almost single handedly diagnosing various issues which were the root cause of high latency in our Pharmacy Professional Services module. The resolution has led to Pharmacists seamlessly record vaccinations which further streamlines to recordings in the Australian Immunization Registrar and Claimings.
