John Ciccio
Sean Slattery
Prior to this, Sean held senior financial leadership roles for more than 20 years, bringing extensive expertise as a Chartered Accountant across ASX-listed companies, multinationals, and SMEs in the Asia–Pacific region. He has served as CFO, Director, and Company Secretary in sectors including medical devices, biotechnology, media publishing, SaaS technology, and financial services. Most recently, Sean was CFO and Company Secretary of Rhinomed Limited, where he guided the company through a successful takeover in June 2025.
Sean has deep experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raising, IPO preparation, divestments, trade sales, and governance. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing finance and operations teams and driven growth by translating financial strategy into tangible business outcomes.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salisbury University (USA) and a Master of Taxation from the University of Melbourne. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Lori Caiazzo
Lori Caiazzo is the Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at MedAdvisor Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading product innovation, technology strategy, and operational excellence across the healthcare landscape. Her expertise spans product development, IT and commercial operations, data architecture, and financial systems.
Known for her hands on leadership style, Lori combines strategic vision with practical execution, partnering across teams to drive efficiency and operational rigor. She is responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, high performing technology solutions that support business growth and deliver value to clients.
She is passionate about advancing patient and provider engagement through thoughtful technology solutions and fosters a collaborative culture that encourages creative problem solving.
Lori leads MedAdvisor Solutions' development, infrastructure, data architecture, operations, and support functions, positioning the organization for long term growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Computer Science from Emory University.
Julie Van Inwegen
Julie Van Inwegen is the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Client Success at MedAdvisor Solutions, bringing more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and patient engagement. She has a long and influential history with the organization through its evolution as Adheris, Adheris Health, and MedAdvisor Solutions, where she has helped shape the company’s commercial foundation and go-to-market strategy.
Julie is widely respected for her integrity, work ethic, and strategic acumen. She has led business development, client success, clinical solutions, and sales operations, consistently delivering measurable results for pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacy partners. Throughout her tenure, she has built high-performing teams, strengthened client relationships, and driven record-setting commercial impact, closing more business for the company than any leader in its history.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Julie brings deep knowledge of how patient engagement programs influence outcomes for patients, pharmacies, and manufacturers. She is passionate about advancing solutions that improve adherence, enhance the patient journey, and create value across the healthcare ecosystem.
As SVP, she oversees Business Development, Client Success, Clinical Solutions, and Sales Operations, guiding MedAdvisor’s commercial strategy as the organization enters its next phase of growth.
Jim Rotsart
Jim Rotsart is the Senior Vice President of Client Relations at MedAdvisor Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across the pharma and pharmacy industries. As a founder of Adheris and a long-standing leader through the organization’s evolution into Adheris Health and MedAdvisor Solutions, Jim has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy, client partnerships, and market position.
Jim is exceptionally well-connected across both pharmaceutical manufacturers and national pharmacy chains, maintaining trusted, decades-long relationships with industry executives. His career spans senior roles including serving as US President of the organization, where he led commercial growth, strengthened partner alignment, and advanced large-scale patient engagement programs across the country.
Known for his strategic insight and practical, relationship-first leadership style, Jim brings a deep understanding of how patient engagement solutions impact patients, pharmacies, and brands. He is widely respected for his ability to connect strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build enduring partnerships that deliver measurable value.
In his role as SVP, Client Relations, Jim leads customer and partner engagement for MedAdvisor Solutions, with the Pharmacy Relations team reporting into him. He is focused on strengthening external relationships, expanding collaboration with key partners, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
Heather Campbell
Heather Campbell is an award-winning healthcare marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience driving brand strategy, patient engagement, and corporate communications across the healthcare and life sciences sectors. She has a long history with MedAdvisor Solutions, having served in leadership roles throughout the organization’s evolution across Catalina Health, Adheris Health, and MedAdvisor Solutions US.
Heather brings deep knowledge of pharmaceutical clients, pharmacy networks, and the patient engagement market. Throughout her career, she has led high-impact marketing, creative, and communication initiatives that have strengthened brand equity, accelerated revenue growth, and delivered strong client ROI. Her leadership has been instrumental in launching national campaigns, improving market positioning, and helping organizations navigate major periods of transformation.
Equally known for her people-first approach, Heather is a strong advocate for transparency, connection, and a healthy, inclusive, high-performing culture. She is passionate about ensuring employees understand the company’s direction, why it matters, and how their work contributes to broader impact.
As Vice President, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Heather leads MedAdvisor’s Marketing and Creative Services teams, shaping the company’s voice in the market while strengthening communication and alignment internally.

She has deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit, and business transformation, with a proven track record of strengthening financial discipline and supporting organizations through periods of growth and operational change.
